Water Plant FAQs
What capacity water plant do I need?
Plant size is set by your daily demand and bottling target, measured in litres per hour, with headroom for peak season and future growth. We size it from your sales plan and raw water test.
What treatment stages does a mineral water plant use?
Typically sediment and carbon filtration, softening where needed, reverse osmosis, remineralization, and UV or ozone disinfection before filling.
Does bottled water need PSQCA certification?
Yes. Bottled drinking water is a compulsory PSQCA item, so the plant, QC lab and product must meet the standard before sale. See our water plant registration guide.
What should I ask before buying a plant?
